1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancelling before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched.
  • You can cancel your order directly from our website by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section.

  • If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

1.2 Cancelling After Shipping

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery upon arrival.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds (after deducting shipping costs, if applicable) will be processed once the product is returned to us and verified.

2. Return and Replacement Policy

Our return and replacement policy applies only to products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2.1 Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return a product only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

2.2 Return Process

  • You can initiate a return request directly from your Order History section on the website.
  • If you face any issues, contact us at support@naimishnaturals.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Attach clear photos/videos of the product and package as proof.
  • If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup (if available in your location) or request you to ship the item back to us.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2.3 Replacement Process

  • If a replacement is requested and approved, we will dispatch a new product at no additional cost.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

2.4 Non-Returnable Cases

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
  • Returns are not applicable for reasons like personal dislike, change of mind, or taste preference.
  • If the delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases where returns or cancellations are approved.

3.1 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.
  • You received an incorrect product and do not wish for a replacement.
  • The product is out of stock after you placed your order, and we cannot fulfill it.
  • The order was successfully cancelled before shipment.

3.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

4. Orders on Sale, Discounts & Offers

  • Orders placed during sales, promotional events, or using discount codes are final and non-refundable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted for sale items unless there is a product issue.
  • Replacements for discounted items will be subject to availability. If a replacement is not possible, a store credit may be offered.
