Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India, covering major cities, towns, and selected rural areas. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you at checkout or via email.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from our facility.
- Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Tracking your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
- In case of a damaged product, kindly reach out to us with images / videos within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in either resending the order or issuing a refund after verification.
